Meet Root Beer. She is a 7 year old whippet/boxer mix. Root Beer came to our shelter as an owner surrender along with her sister Izzy. The owners were in the military and were relocating and couldn’t take their dogs with them. She is a very laid back dog and does wonderful with families and other dogs. Her sister Izzy was also surrendered to us and we would love to find a family for both of them, if possible, but it is not a requirement.
